Reclaiming Ownership of A Civilization

Jai Shree Ram and Pranam to All 🙏

As I see the compelling reverence and frenzy encapsulating the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishta at Ayodhya all over our  Bharat and the World itself, my mind is intensely enveloped with divine feelings in my faith over the last few days.

Overpowering feelings and emotions  have renewed the deep roots of belonging to divine within me, as I write this post.

By Lord Rama's Grace, I express my feelings.

Ownership:

Ownership has many expansive expressions,

An Adjective,

Used  to emphasize that someone or something belongs or relates to the person or thing mentioned.

Something that belongs to the person or thing mentioned.

" We own this Temple"

Connotations as

be the (proud) possessor of

have in one's possession

have to one's name

count among one's possessions

have, keep, retain, maintain, hold, be blessed with enjoyment, boast !

and

admit or acknowledge that something is the case or that one feels a certain way.

"They owned to a feeling of profound jealousy we own this Temple "

admit, allow, concede, grant, accept, accede

acknowledge, recognize, agree, confess.

Summarises the usage, uses and users of this word.

Birth of Ownership :

As a Child starts mumbling it's first words it naturally says Mom, Ma, Amma  grappling with all kind of sounds, but takes a little while to say 'My Maa' ! My Amma ! As

we call it by name it still understands its name being called and may look away,

but may say "Ram is hungry"

or

Rams Mom will sing,  refering to its Mom!  but without knowing it is Ram.

One fine day it identifies with itself as Ram, and soon as the ' I ' is born, it quickly learns to say My Maa, Amma, Mom and herein

Ownership takes Birth !

This ownership goes to progressively define it as a person and a character. This progression of ownership is a part of human life in all aspects of life and living itself.

Conditioning of Ownership:

As life progresses we start owning our parents, community, society, state and Country. The intensity of our ownership depends on our conditionings, aka. the culture and values surrounding us as we grow.

Our varying levels of  intensity also depends on the influences of the environment and circumstances as we grow into adulthood;namely our homes, schools, colleges and University.

Ownership of Faith:

One of the beginning and defining  motivators of ownership is the 'faith' in our environment of birth. Simply translated as

'complete trust and confidence in our parents, community and society".

This gets en trusted over generations to enhance the furthering of our trust by instilling this faith in our community and society.

Disruption in Ownership:

Disruption of ownership due to illegitimate or legitimate cross purposes in families and  community is what all our recorded and revered texts speak about.

They exhaustively lay down the foundation of what not to do which cause disruption, not just to families and community but to society at large.

Even as disruption is caused at large by illigimate cross purposes, our recorded texts act as lighthouses to extricate ourselves from these situations and show what prevents us from our legitimate ownership and causes disruptions.

Reclaiming of Ownership:

Reclaiming of Ownership is an arduous task, but if we were to know the recorded aspects of our legitimate ownership from our texts, how it came about, the tenets of our foundation and the values that created them, it is possible with our faith,

"complete trust and confidence in our parents, community and society".

Ram Mandir Ayodhya:

This Reclaiming of our Ownership today is nothing but exactly the renewal of our faith in Lord Rama.

It is renewing our faith ingrained over eons in  Ramayana and the life of our

Avtar Purush Lord Rama !

in human form recorded by,

"Various saints and seers, the reams of prose and poetry sung by numerous ardant devotees over eons, crores of temples built by Kings, Queens and commoners over eons, crores of living beings, humans, animals, birds, trees, plants on our lush green earth deep blue seas and vast skies too" all acknowledging Lord Rama's presence in our birth, life and death.

Ownership and Belonging

If faith is the beginning of ownership, belonging is the continuing umbilical chord of ownership.

It will be pertinent to understand and appreciate all our initiators of faith over time immemorial, while establishing our trust and confidence in our parents, community and society, also passed on the feelings of our belonging to Lord Rama through their work and worship.

They could see a direct reflection of their belonging in their ownership, a feeling of the Lord allowing them to claim His blessings and benevolence in their lives.

Lets pray for His Grace to infuse our lives with His  divine qualities we read in Ramayana, even as Prana is infused in His Divine Murthi at Ayodhya tomorrow.

श्री राम राम रामेति रमे रामे मनोरमे । सहस्रनाम तत्तुल्यं रामनाम वरानने ॥

Yes, we have truly reclaimed our Civilization. Jai Shree Ram 🙏
